Intro/Verse

I don't know what count the other guitar does this on, but sometimes he'll sneak this in
the Intro/Verse, so listen for it:

Pre Chorus: Play the slide the first time only!
  * Also, play the stuff in parenthesis on the 4th count *

Second Verse is a little different, you have two things going on:
